Fit 4 fun

We are delighted to announce our fantastic Parents' Association's latest fun and exciting fundraiser for our school - 'Fit 4 Fun'. This will commence on 18th January in Ballydehob Community Hall.  On the night all adults' and teenagers' strength and fitness will be tested and recorded by our local Physiotherapist Caroline Cumming for a fee of €5 per adult and a donation is welcome from teenagers.  Everyone will be encouraged to exercise and get active and each individual will be retested in April. ​
