This week is Positive Mental Health and Well-being week. Throughout the week the children will participate in various activities which aim to promote positive mental health.
There will be no formal homework for the week, but children are asked to do ‘Happiness Homework’ for example playing board games, going for a walk or doing a random act of kindness. On Friday there will be a fundraiser for Pieta House which is part of the Amber Flag initiative. The children are encouraged to wear the colour orange and to make a donation of €2. We are looking forward to this enjoyable week. |
