The children were enthralled with the recent visit of the West Midlands Theatre Company. It was a hilarious, exciting and entertaining performance which the children thoroughly enjoyed. Congratulations to all the children from Scoil Bhríde who participated in the Fun Run held on Friday 19th May. There was great excitement and much anticipation in advance of the run. Thank you so much to all the families who have returned the sponsorship cards, please remember that sponsorship cards and money can be dropped to the school anytime up to the 24th of May. Thanks also to the Parents Association who provided refreshments on the day. Comhghairdeachas do gach duine! Four children from Ms Kingston’s class received their First Holy Communion on Saturday the 13th of May. Mass was celebrated by Fr Myles McSweeney. It was a wonderful occasion for all the children, their families and the whole community. Thank you to all the parents who helped out on the day – to the Parents Association who provided refreshments in the school hall.  |
