Facilities
At Scoil Bhríde we have five large classrooms and a general purpose room. The classrooms are named after local landmarks. Our facilities also include the Mizen Room, a dedicated and refurbished classroom for our Autism Class, which provides a welcoming and supportive learning environment. There are individual Special Education Teaching (SET) rooms. Each classroom benefits from an interactive whiteboard. These are used extensively to enhance the curriculum. The classrooms also have access to a suite of iPads and a library area.
We are very lucky to have excellent facilities, including a wonderful location close to the village, access to community playing fields and hall. Children can take advantage of different activities organised within the Ballydehob Community Hall and grounds, such as – tennis, gymnastics, Irish dancing, summer camps and a whole host of other exciting pastimes.
