On Wednesday 19th of June, 9 pupils from 6th class bid their final farewell to Scoil Bhríde after 8 happy years in the school. The children recalled their favourite memories and each received a certificate and a pen from Ms Burke and Ms Bohane who wished the pupils well on their Graduation Day and in the future. Having entertained the audience with their own musical composition everyone enjoyed a piece of graduation cake.    The children had a great time being part of the Jazz festival preparations today. We had a very exciting circus workshop for 5th and 6th class. 2nd 3rd and 4th had a mask making workshop and all our younger students were treated to a percussion workshop with the headline act Stephanie Nilles. Many thanks to Joe and Caroline at Levis' for coordinating it and having us take part in the preparations. |
